Soundchecks are wasted sounds. I thought it would be interesting to try to recycle this musical by-product into something listenable.
The kind people at the annual Incubate festival in Tilburg (NL) let me record their soundchecks en remix them into a song. Thanks to all the artists for letting me record their soundchecks!
I used a Zoom H1 field recorder to record the soundchecks and did not use any additional samples or instruments.
